Shoot Day Confirmation & Policies

Thank you for choosing Reaves Media! We don’t just photograph homes—we help market them. To provide every client with exceptional service and keep our schedule running efficiently, please review the following policies before your appointment.


Property Readiness


Please ensure the property is completely photo-ready before your scheduled appointment time. 


This includes:

  • Home cleaned and decluttered

  • Lights turned on and ceiling fans turned off

  • Toilet lids closed

  • Vehicles removed from the driveway and front of the home

  • Final staging completed before arrival

  • Pets secured before our arrival


Reaves Media operates on a carefully planned schedule each day. To keep every appointment running smoothly, homes must be ready to photograph upon our arrival.


During the Shoot


For the best results, we recommend that sellers, children, and unnecessary guests leave the home or remain out of the areas being photographed. This allows us to work efficiently and capture the property without interruptions.


Appointment Policies


Your appointment reserves dedicated time on our calendar.


Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

If Reaves Media arrives for a scheduled appointment and the property is not photo-ready, preventing the shoot from taking place, the scheduled service fee is still due in full. A return visit will be scheduled as a new appointment and billed accordingly.

Drone photography is weather permitting and will be completed when conditions are safe and FAA compliant.


Editing Policy


Each project includes one complimentary round of editing requests for minor corrections.


Standard editing includes color correction, exposure balancing, and other typical real estate enhancements. Additional revision requests, extensive object removal, or edits that could have been addressed before or during the appointment may incur additional editing fees.
